One person has died and others injured after a road collision involving a minibus and a van. The accident happened at approximately 7.25am on 30th November on the A96 Forres to Elgin Road in Alves.
Seven people were taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin where six were being treated for their injuries which are not thought to be life threatening. The other person who had to be cut from the wreckage is said to be in a critical condition.
Grampian Police have said they expect the road to be closed for a long period of time while the crash is investigated.
