Man injured in quad bike accident
A man was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary after a quad bike accident at Hallas Rough Quarry on Halifax Road.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the accident that happened on 31st January at 3.25pm.
The quarry was a regular haunt for quad bike users however after a string of accidents the local council tried to discourage people using the site recreationally.
The injured man suffered serious personal injuries from the bike accident although his injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
