There are many different types of accidents which could enable a person to make a personal injury accident claim. Although all accident claims fall under the law of negligence, the requirements and potential pitfalls will vary depending on the type of accident claim being made. Of course it is not just as simple as that, there are other requirements that must be met in order to make a successful accident claim in the UK. For example, there must be evidence that somebody else was at fault for the accident, and evidence that the accident actually caused your injury, such as medical records if you have been to see your GP or hospital.
